Carrier Oils Factsheet

Carrier oils are plant oils used as a medium to dilute the highly concentrated nature of essential oils. A carrier oil is not only used to carry the essential oil, but it also delivers a multitude of powerful and nourishing effects in the process. Carrier oils can be used on their own or blended then applied on your face, body and hair.

    Argan Oil

No matter your concern, Hemp oil can be used on target areas or all over, from head to toe.

    Face: Massage hemp oil into cleansed skin before bedtime. To remove makeup gently rub a small amount of oil into your face and wipe away with a cotton round or a soft towel.

    Massage a few drops to rough cuticles. Rub a quarter sized amount into sunburnt areas to reduce inflammation and soothe the skin. 

    Hair: Massage a few drops onto your scalp or add 1-2 tablespoons of Jojoba oil to a hair conditioner to enhance its softening and moisturizing abilities. Apply on wet or dry hair. Use it as an overnight mask for split ends. 



    Primrose Oil

    Face: Cleanser: Add a few drops of essential oil to each ounce of almond oil and mix well. Apply the oil mixture to damp skin and rinse with warm water. Moisturizer: wash and dry your skin as usual. Then, gently pat a small amount of almond oil onto your face with your fingertips, and let it absorb into your skin. If you’re using it as a moisturizer, you don’t need to rinse it off.
